- Meet to review your needs and wants in a property as well as your timeline and any influencing factors
- Explain the benefits of Buyer Representation
- Assess your financing needs and assist in helping you obtain a mortgage pre-approval
- Determine areas and neighbourhoods of interest
- Explore amenities and services important to you i.e. proximity to place of employment, shopping, recreation facilities and schools
- Outline search parameters for your MLS listing notifications
- Arrange showings on properties of interest to you
- Offer opinion on properties and market conditions including comparable sales data
- Guide you through the offer process, coaching you on how best to proceed and negotiate on your behalf
- Assist with any conditions and timelines in an offer
- Offer recommendations on supporting professionals involved in the process i.e. lawyers, building inspectors, etc.
- Prepare necessary paperwork to finalize the purchase of the property
- Complete any final walk-throughs or inspections prior to closing
- Offer guidance on the various steps and items requiring your attention before the closing and moving dates
